Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item is received damaged or defective, customers are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Notification must be made within three (3) days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence to validate the claim.

Bohome will cover all return shipping costs for approved cases.

Change of Preference (Non-Defective/Non-Damaged Items)

Customers have the right to inspect items upon delivery and may choose not to accept them if unsatisfied.

Once an item has been accepted and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund unless it is damaged or defective.

Made-on-Demand Furniture and Décor

Items crafted on demand, including the following categories: chairs, tables, units, mirrors, and home décor, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless proven to be damaged or defective.

If an order is canceled after production has commenced, 50% of the deposit will be retained to cover production costs.
